Humanitarian Effort- Bosnia
Dear volunteers,
I had a call from Reza Odabaii this week. The more senior members of Bosnian community here aren't doing too well psychologically. Some volunteers at catholic charity are looking at some opportunities to get these people more involved and enthusiastic towards life here. Events like renting the space and providing them with craft work, books, etc, and bacically make them feel at home. If some of these activities happen in the mornings, perhaps your parents/relatives at home may want to join.CC will cover all charges.
Reza wanted to know if we could help. Would someone please volunteer to call Coleen at CC and get more details. I've told Reza that I can't promise anything as most of us are tied up. If it sounds like something you are interested to do and have the cycles, please do not hesitate. Efforts of such nature will always pay back.
Don't forget to tell the people on the alias if you call in order to avoid duplicate work.
