Humanitarian Effort- Bosnia

Hi all,

I'm planing to visit some of our Bosnian friends next tuesday. If you like to join me, let me know in advance.

I'm planning on giving English lessons to one of the families once a week. Does anyone know of a good introductory textbook that I can use? If there are other people among us who would like to do the same, we can buy the material together.

In addition to teaching adults English, lets see how else we can help:

• * Periodic visits to a family
• * Donating school material for kids
• * Help the people looking for jobs make a resume.(one person can volunteer)
• * Get discount entertainment tickets for kids (Great America)

You can add to this list of course.

NEWS: Since we got involved with these efforts 2 people have donated their cars to 2 Bosnian families. Quiet impressive huh?! One is Claude and another is Mike a co-worker of mine
